We don't resell tools or take vendor referral fees, so nothing rides on you buying more software. If the right answer is a smaller stack or no new tool at all, that's the recommendation you get.

A current-state audit, target-state architecture and roadmap, build-vs-buy recommendations, an org/hiring plan, and a budget model with ROI projections. Concrete enough that your team (or another firm) could execute it without us.
How long does it take?
